When you purchase from Three Sleeping Eyes Herbal Apothecary LLC. you agree to these terms & conditions:

Three Sleeping Eyes Apothecary LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen. or damaged items from third party distributors. Once these items leave my home, I cannot guarantee their condition in someone else's hands, even with insurance. My items leave here freshly made & pristine.

I recommend adding insurance to your orders, especially large packages. UPS covers up to $100 with no fee. Consider adding the small $4 insurance add on at checkout.

The herbalist ( Three Sleeping Eyes Apothecary cannot make phone calls to the post office for lost, stolen, or drawn out parcels. I will absolutely check your tracking if you can't see it + send you the information on my end. I have zero control outside of tight + thorough packaging + delivery to USPS + UPS. Please, be mindful that I wish to help and speak with you as I can.

Three Sleeping Eyes Apothecary LLC. does not accept refunds. Herbal Applications once opened are used are contaminated + cannot be accepted for resale. In extreme circumstances I may offer a shop credit or discount on future purchases. I am more than happy to explain a product to you. If you purchase an item you've never used before please ask if you're not sure or have any questions about reactions, allergies, or contraindications. I offer sliding scale Herbal Consultations. The client assumes responsibility to knowledge of the product upon purchase if no questions are asked. I also provide details on items on their descriptions or in person at my live events.

Three Sleeping Eyes Apothecary LLC. assumes when you agree to pay for an invoice, that you fully understand the contents of your purchase & that both the client & Jessica the Herbalist have communicated the transaction effectively & agree.

Lastly, Jessica Brown (the owner) reserves the right to ban and deny any client who decides to be nasty, rude, aggressive towards myself or other clients in any way for any reason. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated & will result in removal from the shop + banned from future purchases.
